I’ve been feeling such a deep sense of gratitude after attending your saining workshop. I was lucky enough to receive a free place, and the experience gave me the confidence to carry the practice forward in my own life.

Soon after, I felt able to share what I’d learned at a storytelling ceilidh in the Highlands, using your version of the Lorica prayer for my first saining. It was received so warmly, which meant a great deal and helped ease that first-time imposter syndrome.

The workshop itself was beautifully delivered and having the resources afterwards has made it feel accessible and supportive. It’s been a real gift to feel part of keeping this tradition alive.

I’m so happy this morning; first time in a very long time I woke up early and feeling refreshed at 6am!!
