Cancellation policy

All purchases on this website are for digital products and digital subscriptions.

Because digital items are delivered immediately and cannot be returned once accessed, all digital purchases are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Subscriptions

If you purchase a subscription, it will renew automatically according to the plan selected at checkout. You can cancel or pause your subscription at any time through your account settings before the next billing date.

Once a subscription payment has been processed, that billing period is considered active and cannot be refunded, as access to digital content is granted immediately.

If a payment fails or is declined, the system will automatically attempt to retry the payment. During this time, access may continue temporarily to allow the issue to resolve. If payment is not successfully completed, access may eventually be paused until payment is updated.

One-Time Digital Purchases

For one-time digital purchases, delivery is considered complete once the item has been sent to the email address provided at checkout. These purchases cannot be cancelled or refunded after delivery.

Errors or Access Issues

If you believe you have been charged in error, have not received your digital item, or are experiencing access issues, please get in touch as soon as possible. I am always happy to help resolve genuine problems and ensure you receive what you have paid for.
