Digital Subscription Refunds
The Witch’s Wheel (and any associated subscription calendar or digital service) is delivered entirely online. When you purchase a subscription, you receive an access link that provides immediate entry to all current and upcoming digital content.
Under UK and EU consumer law, digital products that are supplied instantly are treated differently from physical goods. When access is granted right away, the usual 14-day cooling-off period does not apply once the customer has agreed to immediate delivery.
By completing your purchase and opening your subscription link, you acknowledge that:
-
You are receiving the digital content immediately, and
-
You waive your right to a refund under the 14-day cooling-off period, as allowed under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations and EU Digital Content Directive.
For this reason, once the subscription link has been issued, we cannot offer refunds, pro-rata refunds, or cancellations for the current subscription period — because full access to the product has already been delivered.
Renewals and Future Billing
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your customer portal. If you cancel:
-
You will retain access until the end of your current billing cycle.
-
You will not be charged again after the cancellation date.
No further fees will be taken once you cancel future payments.
Payment Issues or Errors
If you believe your payment was taken in error (for example, duplicate charges or technical faults), please contact me at hello@thatglasgowwitch.com. These situations are handled individually and I’ll always do my best to help.
Exceptional Circumstances
While the policy above applies to standard subscriptions, I’m always open to supporting customers experiencing genuine hardship. Please reach out if you need help.
