Welcome to The Witch’s Wheel -  your monthly companion through the seasons, filled with folklore, rituals, lunar magic, and spellwork.
Below you’ll find information on how to access your calendar and how new content is shared.

🔮 CALENDAR ACCESS

Please note:
➡️ The instructions below apply only to Southern Hemisphere subscribers.
➡️ If you are in the Northern Hemisphere, you should now have a new link that gives you direct access - no settings or invitation acceptance needed. Simply click the link provided in your confirmation email to add the calendar of your choice.

🌏 SOUTHERN HEMISPHERE SUBSCRIBERS

📱 iPhone Users

You’ll receive your calendar invitation either:

  • Via email, or

  • Directly through your iPhone Calendar app

To access:

  1. Open your Calendar app

  2. Tap Inbox (bottom right corner)

  3. Accept the invite from The Witch’s Wheel

  4. Make sure the checkbox for The Witch’s Wheel Calendar is ticked so it appears in your view

⚠️ Depending on your device or iCloud settings, you may also need to:

  • Log in to iCloud.com on a desktop

  • Open Calendar

  • Accept the invitation manually using the link in the email

🖥 Google Calendar Users

✅ If you use a Gmail account:
You can accept the invitation directly from your inbox or calendar.

❌ If you do not use a Gmail account:
You may need to adjust your settings before the calendar will appear.

Steps (on desktop):

  1. Go to Google Calendar

  2. Click the ⚙️ gear icon → Settings

  3. Select General → Event Settings

  4. Under “Add invitations to my calendar,” choose:
    ➤ “When I respond to an invitation in email.”

🔁 Once you’ve updated this setting, please reply to your original order email to request that I resend your invitation.

🧙 Still having trouble?
If you’ve followed these steps and still can’t access the calendar, it’s likely due to device or notification settings that are unfortunately beyond my control.
If we can’t get you connected, I’ll happily refund your payment.

🌕 EVENT DETAILS

Each month your Witch’s Wheel calendar will include:

  • Sabbat rituals when a festival is due

  • Lunar phase reminders with optional journal prompts

  • A rotating mix of:

    • Topical & Seasonal Spells

    • Instructional Videos

    • Q&A Sessions

📄 Documents (rituals, prompts, spells) are attached directly to events.
🔗 Videos appear as private YouTube links in each event description.
